Berlusconi: 'We need a Marshall Plan for Africa or there will be an invasion'
Back in 2017, Cavalier Berlusconi had already had his say on how to solve the problem of immigration from African peoples to Europe by hypothesising a gigantic development plan for the African continent.
All sorts of things have been said about Cavalier Berlusconi in the past but it cannot be said that he is not a person who has not been successful in life.
The proof is perfectly obvious if we look at the television empire he has created over the years and all the other investments he has made in his life that have led him to be one of the richest men in the world.
It is the year 2017, and Mr Berlusconi, before the EPP summit, begins with a sentence that then sums up in one sentence what even the world bank and the IMF predicted:
"Without a grand Marshall Plan for Africa, Europe runs the risk of being overrun by the six billion people who live in misery'
But what was the Marshal Plan?
The Marshall Planofficially called plan for European recovery (“European Recovery Program"), was announced in a speech by US Secretary of State George Marshall5 June 1947 to theHarvard University. Following its implementation, it was one of the political-economic plans US for the reconstruction of theEurope after the World War II. This plan consisted of an allocation of 13.3 billion of dollars.
Two years after this prophetic statement by Cavaliere Berlusconi, we see the African continent with a leopard-spot development, where there is hunger and famine when it is one of the few continents on the planet where you can get as many as three harvests a year.
We also witness the fact that the migratory flow of people seeking prosperity and a new world where to live shelter from wars, drought, hunger and social marginalisation continues unabated.
And it is increasingly important for Italy to play its part in cooperation with Europe, as the Premier Conte to eliminate the causes of this immigration of apocalyptic proportions.
Europe must promote a major development in Africa.
Cavalier Berlusconi also declared in 2017:
"We will bring a proposal that will also involve a large Marshall Plan for Africa and other countries to create local economies and so that the citizens of these countries can find work in their own territories.",
Berlusconi further explained.
"If this is not done in the future the six billion people who live in misery and once did not know how to live in the country of affluence will invade us".
Berlusconi made it known that he had already spoken to the Russian president about it Vladimir Putinwho agrees with this approach, and called for the EPP to take action in the various countries to promote this grand plan to help Africa. (Source: Il Giornale)
