The Italian Piccini Group announced that Frenchman Benoît Fabre has been appointed project manager for the construction of the Olembe sports complex, replacing Belgian Marc Debandt, who resigned. The new project manager was appointed on 17 February 2018, 24 hours after the resignation of the Belgian.
