C'est pourquoi une approche beaucoup plus ax\u00e9e sur les ressources (financi\u00e8res, technologiques, physiques, r\u00e9putation, capital humain) a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce changement d'orientation a \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9 par l'instabilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et croissante du sc\u00e9nario concurrentiel. Les entreprises doivent de plus en plus se concentrer sur ce qu'elles peuvent faire par rapport \u00e0 leurs propres concurrents.\u00a0<strong>ressources et expertise internes<\/strong>. \u00c0 partir de leurs propres ressources, ils doivent ensuite d\u00e9finir des objectifs r\u00e9alisables et ambitieux, en fonction des opportunit\u00e9s et des \u00e9volutions du contexte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Caratteristiche_organizzative\"><\/span>Caract\u00e9ristiques organisationnelles<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Sorensen et Fassiotto (2010), \"Organisations and Fonts of Entrepreneurhsip\", il existe quatre ingr\u00e9dients internes pour cr\u00e9er une capacit\u00e9 d'innovation et d'entreprise (potentiel \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l'innovation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Connaissances<br><\/strong>Mon entreprise doit disposer de connaissances\/exp\u00e9riences\/savoir-faire qui peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour innover.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Savoir-faire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et vertical (utile surtout dans la phase de conception).<\/li><li>Comp\u00e9tences transversales\/horizontales (principalement utiles dans la phase de commercialisation sur le march\u00e9).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux sont importants pour une innovation r\u00e9ussie. Il serait utile de trouver un juste \u00e9quilibre entre les deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.\u00a0<strong>Culture du changement<\/strong>\u00a0<br>Qu'est-ce que la culture ? La culture est l'ensemble des valeurs et des id\u00e9es qu'une entreprise v\u00e9hicule. Le terme \"culture d'entreprise\" est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 Edgar Schein, professeur \u00e0 la Sloan School of Management du M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Il d\u00e9crit la culture comme suit : \"<em>Structure d'hypoth\u00e8ses de base - invent\u00e9es, d\u00e9couvertes ou d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es - par un groupe donn\u00e9 lorsqu'il apprend \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ses probl\u00e8mes d'adaptation externe et d'int\u00e9gration interne.<\/em>&#8220;.\u00a0<br>La culture, ce sont donc des valeurs et des comportements. Quels sont les mots cl\u00e9s d'une culture de l'innovation ?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques mots-cl\u00e9s de la culture de l'innovation :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec ;<\/li><li>l'aptitude \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rimentation ;&nbsp;<\/li><li>la transparence dans les communications ;<\/li><li>l'ouverture \u00e0 la collaboration (interne et externe) ;<\/li><li>une structure organisationnelle non hi\u00e9rarchique.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un \u00e9quilibre doit \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 sur ces cinq dimensions :&nbsp;<strong>tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l'\u00e9chec<\/strong>&nbsp;(mais pas pour incomp\u00e9tence),&nbsp;<strong>aptitude \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rimentation<\/strong>&nbsp;(mais avec discipline),<strong>&nbsp;la transparence dans les communications<\/strong>&nbsp;(mais ouverture d'esprit et acceptation des critiques),&nbsp;<strong>attitude coop\u00e9rative<\/strong>&nbsp;(mais identification des responsabilit\u00e9s),&nbsp;<strong>structure organisationnelle non hi\u00e9rarchique<\/strong>&nbsp;(mais un leadership fort).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'y a pas de recette unique, mais il est important que chacun trouve ses ingr\u00e9dients parmi eux et, surtout, le bon \u00e9quilibre entre les forces en pr\u00e9sence.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derni\u00e8re consid\u00e9ration : la culture est-elle l'affaire d'une seule personne ? Non, une personne seule ne m\u00e8ne nulle part. Nous parlons de culture d'entreprise, de culture du changement parce qu'elle doit \u00eatre socialis\u00e9e en interne et partag\u00e9e par tous ceux qui travaillent dans l'entreprise. Si elle ne concerne qu'une seule personne, il ne s'agit pas d'une culture du changement. Nous devons agir ensemble pour innover, et ceux qui conduisent le changement doivent entra\u00eener toute l'entreprise avec eux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.\u00a0<strong>Incitations\u00a0<br><\/strong>Pour orienter les comportements vers le changement, je dois cr\u00e9er des incitations au changement. Cr\u00e9er des incitations au changement, c'est cr\u00e9er une culture du changement. Incitations pour les employ\u00e9s, r\u00e9compenses pour ceux qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent de la diversit\u00e9, pour ceux qui innovent. R\u00e9compenses et reconnaissance (pas seulement financi\u00e8res) pour les comportements des employ\u00e9s qui vont dans le sens d'objectifs novateurs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp;<strong>Rapports&nbsp;<br><\/strong>Restez en contact, ne restez pas isol\u00e9. L'innovation ne se fait pas seule, des relations sont n\u00e9cessaires pour activer les ressources, acc\u00e9der aux ressources, identifier les opportunit\u00e9s et cr\u00e9er des partenariats. Des relations au sein de l'entreprise, mais surtout des relations avec le monde ext\u00e9rieur (fournisseurs, clients, mais aussi concurrents).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promouvoir non seulement des relations \u00e9tablies, structur\u00e9es et fr\u00e9quentes (<em>liens \u00e9troits<\/em>), mais aussi des relations ponctuelles, uniques, orient\u00e9es vers la connaissance de la diversit\u00e9, la cr\u00e9ation de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9, car c'est seulement \u00e0 partir de ce que je ne connais pas que je peux obtenir de nouveaux stimuli pour innover (<em>liens faibles<\/em>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'histoire des innovations r\u00e9ussies montre que les id\u00e9es les plus r\u00e9volutionnaires sont n\u00e9es de relations peu fr\u00e9quentes (<em>liens faibles<\/em>) parce qu'ils sont moins conventionnels, plus ouverts, avec plus d'apports en termes de diversit\u00e9 et de changement.&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se concentrer sur le contexte interne de l'entreprise Il est important de regarder \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de votre entreprise et de vous demander : Que faisons-nous ?
