{"id":9078,"date":"2019-09-16T11:53:49","date_gmt":"2019-09-16T09:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/?p=9078"},"modified":"2022-10-06T15:22:44","modified_gmt":"2022-10-06T13:22:44","slug":"sviluppo-in-africa-gia-previsto-da-berlusconi-nel-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/business-in-africa\/development-inafrica-already-predicted-by-berlusconi-in-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA: ALREADY PREDICTED BY BERLUSCONI IN 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"entry-title wp-block-heading\">Berlusconi: 'We need a Marshall Plan for Africa or there will be an invasion'<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Back in 2017, Cavalier Berlusconi had already had his say on how to solve the problem of immigration from African peoples to Europe by hypothesising a <strong>gigantic development plan for the African continent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Berlusconi: &#039;Migrants, Europe make a Marshall Plan for Africa&#039;\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RaJB1O_rbi4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All sorts of things have been said about Cavalier Berlusconi in the past<\/strong> but it cannot be said that he is not a person who has not been successful in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proof is perfectly obvious if we look at the television empire he has created over the years and all the other investments he has made in his life that have led him to be one of the richest men in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-sommario field-type-text-long field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>It is the year 2017, and Mr Berlusconi, before the EPP summit, begins with a sentence that then sums up in one sentence what even the <a href=\"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/business-in-africa\/diga-di-nachtigal\/\">world bank<\/a> and the IMF predicted:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\"Without a grand Marshall Plan for Africa, Europe runs the risk of being overrun <a href=\"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/invest-in-africa\/beac-predicts-that-prices-of-metals-and-agricultural-products-exported-from-cemac-countries-will-increase-in-2020\/\">by the six billion people who<\/a> live in misery'<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>But what was the Marshal Plan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<b>Marshall Plan<\/b>officially called&nbsp;<b>plan for European recovery<\/b>&nbsp;(&#8220;<i>European Recovery Program<\/i>\"), was announced in a speech by&nbsp;<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"United States Secretary of State\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Segretario_di_Stato_degli_Stati_Uniti\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">US Secretary of State<\/a>&nbsp;<a title=\"George Marshall\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/George_Marshall\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">George Marshall<\/a>5 June&nbsp;<a title=\"1947\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/1947\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">1947<\/a>&nbsp;to the<a title=\"Harvard University\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Universit%C3%A0_di_Harvard\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Harvard University<\/a>. Following its implementation, it was one of the political-economic plans&nbsp;<a title=\"United States of America\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Stati_Uniti_d%27America\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">US<\/a>&nbsp;for the reconstruction of the<a title=\"Europe\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Europa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Europe<\/a>&nbsp;after the&nbsp;<a title=\"World War II\" href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Seconda_guerra_mondiale\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">World War II<\/a>. This <a href=\"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/business-in-africa\/cameroon-ecobank-invests-25-billion-xaf-in-a-3-year-urgency-plan\/\">plan consisted of an allocation of 13.3 billion<\/a> of dollars.<\/p>\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p><strong>Two years after this prophetic statement by Cavaliere Berlusconi, we see the African continent with a leopard-spot development, where there is hunger and famine when it is one of the few continents on the planet where you can get as many as three harvests a year. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We also witness the fact that the migratory flow of people seeking prosperity and a new world <a href=\"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/miglior-stato-africano-dove-vivere\/\">where to live<\/a> shelter from wars, drought, hunger and social marginalisation continues unabated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>And it is increasingly important for Italy to play its part in cooperation with Europe, as the <a href=\"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/invest-in-africa\/invest-in-africa-we-wish-premier-giuseppe-conte-well-doing-his-work-for-development-in-africa\/\">Premier Conte<\/a> to eliminate the causes of this immigration of apocalyptic proportions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Europe must promote a major <a href=\"https:\/\/aedic.eu\/en\/business-in-africa\/agreement-with-promos-and-aice-a-november-forum-italia-cameroon-for-development-central-africa\/\">development in Africa<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><wp-block data-block=\"core\/more\"><\/wp-block>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Cavalier Berlusconi also declared in 2017:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong><cite>\"We will bring a proposal that will also involve a large Marshall Plan for Africa and other countries to create local economies and so that the citizens of these countries can find work in their own territories.\"<\/cite>, <\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em><strong>Berlusconi further explained.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><strong>\"If this is not done in the future the six billion people who live in misery and once did not know how to live in the country of affluence will invade us\". <\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Berlusconi made it known that he had already spoken to the Russian president about it <strong>Vladimir Putin<\/strong>who agrees with this approach, and called for the EPP to take action in the various countries to promote this grand plan to help Africa. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilgiornale.it\/news\/politica\/berlusconi-serve-piano-marshall-lafrica-o-ci-sar-uninvasione-1474168.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Source: Il Giornale)&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What has happened to this project?
