The new project manager was appointed on 17 February 2018, 24 hours after the resignation of the Belgian.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Italian Piccini group, responsible for the construction of this project to host the matches of the <strong>African Cup of Nations (CAN) 2019 in Cameroon,<\/strong> assured, as of Saturday 17 February 2018, that work on it continued as normal, despite the resignation of Marc Debandt, its current ex-engineer and project manager.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Likewise, the Organising Committee of CAN (Cocan) 2019 points out that Piccini is a company with a more than proven reputation and know-how, whose achievements are known worldwide.
