class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'<strong>Pan-African Electronic University (PAVEU)<\/strong>\u00a0is one of the African Union's (AU) most ambitious projects to democratise access to higher education and promote the development of critical skills on the continent. Created as the digital arm of the\u00a0<strong>Pan African University (PAU)<\/strong>the PAVEU represents a milestone in Agenda 2063, the strategic plan to transform Africa into a global hub of innovation and inclusive growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a rapidly growing youth population (over 226 million young people by 2050) and demand for higher education outstripping traditional supply, PAVEU offers flexible, technological and inclusive solutions.
